<p>PURPOSE: An instantaneous stop analyzer for a welding robot and a computer readable recording medium with instantaneous stop analysis program are provided to reduce instantaneous stop of a welding robot in various conditions as well as arc start. CONSTITUTION: An instantaneous stop analyzer(3) comprises an acquisition unit(31), an analysis unit(32), and an output unit(33). The acquisition unit acquires robot location information, robot motion information, welding condition information, and operating error information from a robot controller(2). The analysis unit analyzes the causes and correction methods of instantaneous stop of a welding robot with reference to a table in which robot location information, robot motion information, welding condition information, and operating error information, causes and correction methods are recorded in advance.
