PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATION MODULE AND TOUCH SCREEN USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A piezoelectric vibration module and a touch screen using the same are provided to directly transmit generated vibration force in the piezoelectric vibration module to an input means by attaching the piezoelectric vibration module on the lower side of an image display unit comprising the touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric vibration module(100) includes a vibration bar and a pair of piezoelectric bodies formed on both sides of the vibration bar. The vibration bar generates vibration of the piezoelectric vibration module using contraction and expansion motion of the piezoelectric body. A mass is attached on the center of the vibration bar for maximizing the amplitude of the piezoelectric vibration module. A groove section is formed on the vibration bar for providing elasticity and flexibility to the piezoelectric vibration module. The piezoelectric vibration module is attached on the lower surface of an image display unit(230) of a touch screen(200) to directly transmit vibration force to an input means.
