<p>In a wireless communications system including at least one terminal and a base station capable of communicating with said terminal or terminals, the base station has: a specific communications control unit that controls specific communications with a terminal belonging to a prescribed group among said terminals; a non-specific communications control unit that controls non-specific communications which are communications not limited to said prescribed group; and a warning message notification unit that, when a warning message is to be transmitted, sends a notification in the non-specific communications indicating that sending of a warning message is going to commence, and then commences sending the warning message. The wireless communications system also has a warning message reception unit that attempts to receive the warning message sent from the base station, if the terminal detects a notification in the non-specific communications indicating that sending of the warning message is going commence.</p> |
