<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an arrangement pattern capable of reducing a CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>discharge amount by using arithmetic processing of a computer when arranging vehicles of a lifeline relevant task or an emergency dispatch task to respective bases. <P>SOLUTION: Optimum arrangement pattern determination means 10 determines a temporary arrangement pattern of an arithmetic target, calculates the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>discharge amount to a dispatch site on the basis of registration information of a map DB 13, a congestion information DB 14, and a fuel consumption DB, in the base where a free vehicle is present when dispatch is requested for each of a plurality of arithmetic target dispatch cases in a dispatch result DB 12, and determines a vehicle and a base (dispatch base) to minimize the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>discharge amount. Then, an index value for each temporary arrangement pattern is calculated on the basis of the CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>discharge amount of all the arithmetic target dispatch cases, and a vehicle arrangement pattern with the most excellent index value is determined as an optimum arrangement pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
