A puncture device (1) has a puncture needle tip (12) detachably mounted to a distal end part, and is used when a puncture is made in a biological surface. The puncture device (1) comprises: a collet (5) for pressing against a casing (18) of the puncture needle tip (12) and for preventing the casing (18)from moving relative to a front-end member (118) in a direction whereby the casing (18) separates from a mounting part (150) of the front-end member (118), the collet being disposed on an outer peripheral part of the casing (18) in a state where the casing (18) has been mounted onto the mounting part (150); a ring (6) for switching between a first state where the collet (5) does not press against the casing (18) and a second state where the collet does press against the casing; and an eject mechanism for removing the puncture needle tip (12) from the puncture device (1). |
