<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an appropriate target amount according to the condition of an accident without losing advantages of high-speed control, by using part of information on the amount of electricity during the accident as a parameter of an objective function. <P>SOLUTION: A system stabilization system S1 comprises: a storage module 120 configured to store an objective function used to calculate a target amount for stabilizing a power system; an information obtaining module 113a configured to obtain, upon occurrence of an accident in the power system, information on an amount of electricity during the accident; and a target amount calculation module 113c configured to calculate the target amount by using the information on the amount of electricity obtained by the information obtaining module 113a as a parameter of the objective function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
