PURPOSE: A laminated plate is provided to have excellent transparency, impact resistance and surface hardness by comprising a metharyl resin layer comprising a methacryl resin layer, polycarbonate resin layer, and rubber polymer. CONSTITUTION: A laminated plate comprises a polycarbonate resin layer(A), and a methacryl resin layer(B) laminated on one side of the polycarbonate resin layer. A methacryl resin layer(C) is laminated on the other side of the polyacrylate resin layer. The methacryl resin layer(C) contains rubber polymer. A methacryl resin composition for laminating the methacryl resin layer(C) contains 3-30 weight% of the rubber polymer based on the sum of the methacryl resin and the rubber polymer. A thickness of the methacryl resin layer(B) is 3-70 Mm. A thickness of the whole laminated plate is 0.2-3mm.
