PURPOSE: A hydraulic damper with a variable flow passage is provided to secure vibration prevention performance copping with the various condition of vibration regardless of the frequency of the vibration. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic damper with a variable flow passage comprises a cylinder(110), a piston(120), a working fluid(130), a first orifice(140), and a second orifice(150). The cylinder comprises determined inner space. The piston comprises a piston rod(121) and a piston head(122). The working fluid is filled in the cylinder. The first orifice is formed to penetrate the piston head. The second orifice is arranged to be separated with the first orifice from the shaft of the piston head.
