PURPOSE: A partially exchangeable rubber packing for a railway car door is provided to have always pleasant riding quality by blocking external noise, vibration, and the inflow of polluted air like fumes. CONSTITUTION: A partially exchangeable rubber packing for a railway car door comprises coupling holes(211,221) and a finishing member(200). The coupling holes are formed at the bottom of a rubber packing and is composed by a rubber material with elasticity and wear resistance. Guide grooves(212,222) are formed in the finishing member at the bottom center part of the finishing member to accommodate a door rail.
