PRIMER SET FOR DETECTING PATHOGENIC BACTERIA AND PATHOGENIC VIRUS IN SOLANACEAE, AND METHOD FOR DETECTING PATHOGENS THEREOF USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A primer for simultaneously detect pathogens in Solanaceae plant seeds is provided to detect five kinds of pathogens and to select normal species seeds. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for amplifying a target sequence of Xanthomonas campestris pv. Vesicatoria(Xcv), Erwiniacarotovora subsp. Carotovora(Ecc), Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Michiganensis(Cmm), Pepper Mild Mottle Virus(PMMoV), and Tobacco Mild Green Mosaic Virus(TMGMV) comprises: a primer set containing oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 1 and 2; a second primer set containing oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 3 and 4; a third primer set containing oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 5 and 6; a fourth primer set containing oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 7 and 8; and a fifth primer set containing oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 9 and 10.
