<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for collectively managing logs, which can prevent omission of log records even when a log management device becomes incapable of continuing processing. <P>SOLUTION: A front-end processing part 311 receives a processing request from an image forming device 104 and stores, in a first queue, a first queue message corresponding to the processing request; a back-end processing part 312 obtains the first queue message without deleting it and stores, in a second queue, a second queue message corresponding to an instruction to generate an incomplete log; a log management part 313 generates the incomplete log, stores the generated incomplete log in a storage means, and rewrites the incomplete log as a complete log that is determined to be a log, in response to the completion of the processing request by the back-end processing part; and the back-end processing part deletes the first queue message stored in the first queue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
