<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight hinge cap in which the amount of use of resin constituting the cap is drastically reduced without impairing capping property and liquid tightness property. <P>SOLUTION: An inner ring 29 in tight contact with the inner surface of a pouring nozzle 27 is formed on a top surface of an upper cover 5, a protrusion 30 for engagement which is engaged with an outer surface part of the pouring nozzle tip to fix the upper cover to a cap body 2 is formed on the inner surface of an annular sidewall 52, meanwhile, a hinge part 4 and the annular sidewall 52 corresponding to the hinge part are connected with a flat part 54, the length of the annular sidewall is formed shorter on the pouring direction side than on the hinge part side, at least two ribs 28 having the same height as the flat part are formed around the pouring nozzle of a top plate part 21 of the cap body and the ribs support a load upon the capping together with the flat part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
