<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a configuration in which adjacent two transistors are connected, and realizing both space saving and suppression of reduction in reliability caused by current concentration. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has: a first bus 111 connected with a first transistor 101; a second bus 112 connected with a second transistor 102; and an inter-bus wire 121 formed between the first bus 111 and the second bus 112, and connecting between the first bus 111 and the second bus 112. The inter-bus wire 121 is connected with a part of a side opposed to the second bus 112 in the first bus 111 and a part of a side opposed to the first bus 111 in the second bus 112.
