A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYESTER YARN

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating polyester fiber is provided to uniformly adhere emulsion with excellent abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polyester having 0.7-2.0% of OPU comprises: a step of melt-spinning polyester resin through a spinneret and cooling to prepare undrawn fiber; a step of supplying a spinning emulsion containing high viscosity lubricant and adhering; and a step of drawing the undrawn fiber. The polyester resin is polyethylene terephthalate resin having 0.9-1.0 of inherent viscosity. The high viscosity lubricant is paraffin wax of 24-40 carbon numbers, silicon-based wax, or a mixture thereof.
