摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an epoxy-micro-silica-organically modified nano interlayered silicate-mixed composite is provided to able to provide a mixed composite with improved thermal properties, mechanical properties and electrical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an epoxy-microsilica-organically modified nano interlayered silicate-mixed composite comprises: a step of pre-treated a liquid epoxy resin and an organically modified nano interlayered silicate; a step of a electric field-dispersion treatment of the pre-pretreated liquid epoxy resin and an organically modified nano interlayered silicate-mixed composte; a step of mixing epoxy-micro silica-nano interlayered silicate-mixed liquid composite mixture and a hardener-silica mixture, which are respectively obtained by injecting micro silica to each of the liquid composite and a hardener; a step of adding additives to the product; a step of vacuum deairation by injecting the product into a heated mold; a step of hardening the vacuum de-aerated product.
