PURPOSE: An emotional information generating method, a content recommendation method using the same based on emotional information, and a system thereof are provided to more accurately recommend emotion by calculating more accurate emotion of a user with an emotion-enhanced weighted value. CONSTITUTION: Subjective emotion is generated based on one or more user reactions to contents(S110). Objective emotion is generated by analyzing the contents(S120). An emotional quotient is calculated by applying weighted values to the subjective emotion and objective emotion respectively(S130). The emotional quotient is mapped with an emotion classification model to generate emotional information about the contents(S140). The emotion classification corresponds to a 2D classification model classified into plural emotion.
