<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which prevents a gap from being formed between a case and a conductive member while establishing electrical continuity among a collector, the case, and the conductive member with a relatively simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A battery includes: a container 1 having a predetermined capacity; an electrode body 2 having a positive electrode and a negative electrode that are housed in the container 1; and a lid 3 disposed at an opening 1a of the container 1 and to which electrode terminal parts 10, 20, respectively used for the positive electrode and the negative electrode, are attached. The electrode terminal part 10 includes the lid 3, a collector 4, an upper gasket 5 and a rivet 7.
