PURPOSE: A method for making Yakju is provided to produce a large amount of clear Yakju of uniform quality without harmful chemical additives. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Yakju comprises: a step of putting hard-boiled rice, nuruk, and water in a fermentation container in a weight ratio of 1:1:2 to prepare a mixture(S101); a step of fermenting the mixture for 3-4 days(S103); a step of mixing 100 parts by weight of the mixture with 100 parts by weight of sugar to prepare a sugar mixture(S105); a step of diluting the sugar mixture(S107); and a step of cooling the sugar mixture at -30 to -10 Deg. C.; and a step of filtering to remove foreign materials(S109). |
