PURPOSE: A prefabricated water tank having improved leak-prevention efficiency is provided to improve the coherence force of neighboring sealing members. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated water tank comprises the following: a tank main body including unit panels combined to each other for forming a water storage space; a panel sealing body(20) produced into a ring shape matching the outer shape of the unit panels, and fitted to the outer surface of each unit panel; at least one first concavo-convex unit formed on one outer surface of the panel sealing body; an extension unit(11b) extended from the outer surface of a plate member(11a) toward the front side with the inclining form; an angle sealing body having at least one second concavo-convex unit; an angle member inserted in between unit panels vertical combining to each other; and a sealing cap unit including plural third concavo-convex units on the outside.
