<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of removing thermal noise. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device 100 is provided with: plural pixel circuits 1a; a column signal line 21 which successively transfers initialization signals and image signals from the pixel circuits 1a; and holding circuits 2a which hold the initialization signals and the image signals. The solid-state imaging device 100 simultaneously initializes the pixel circuits 1a, successively holds the initialization signals of the pixel circuits 1a in the holding circuit 2a, thereafter successively stores the video signals simultaneously received by the pixel circuits 1a in the holding circuit 2a, and thereafter causes the holding circuit 2a to output the difference signal between the initialization signals and the image signals as a pixel signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
