PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film sticking device which improves accuracy in running position of an anisotropic conductive tape and has high accuracy in sticking position.SOLUTION: An anisotropic dielectric film sticking device uses an anisotropic dielectric tape 103 having a layered structure of a separator and an anisotropic dielectric film to stick the anisotropic dielectric film on an electrode provided on a panel using a press-fitting blade 105. In the anisotropic dielectric film sticking device, a tape positioning pin or roller 114 for guiding a running position of the anisotropic dielectric tape on the panel is mounted at a position before or after the press-fitting blade 105, in a device body, with respect to an advancing direction of the anisotropic conductive tape.
