<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink for an inkjet recording device which forms an excellent image while suppressing the occurrence of offset. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for inkjet recording device is prepared by incorporating water, a pigment dispersion containing pigment and a resin, and an organic solvent having ≤5g/100g water solubility in water at 20°C; and adjusting the ink in such a manner that the mass of free resin in the ink is ≤0.5 mass% per the mass of ink. The solvent having ≤5g/100g water solubility in water at 20°C is preferably one or more kinds selected from among 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol, 2,4-diethyl-1.5-pentanediol and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
