A unit for thermal treatment of soybeans comprises a thermal chamber (4), made as a polyhedron, where upper side thereof and a bottom (5) are inclined, and a rod conveyer (3) is arranged therebetween in such a manner as to allow transporting soybeans and treating thereof by infrared lamps (6). In doing so the thermal chamber (4) is fixed on a frame (1), and is connected a tank (2). The infrared lamps (6) are arranged under the bottom (5), and the inclined bottom of the thermal chamber (4) is made of transparent ceramics, in such a manner as to allow transmitting infrared rays. In doing so under the infrared lamps reflectors (7) are additionally arranged. The latters are made in such a manner as to allow reinforcing the infrared rays. The frame (1) is supplemented with a regulating unit (8) which is made in such a manner as to allow regulating an incline angle of the thermal chamber (4). In doing so the bottom of the thermal chamber (4) is made as that porous in such a manner as to allow opposing to forward movement of the beans and putting thereof in rotational movement. |
