PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of reducing the data amount of channel estimation results which are feedback objects.

SOLUTION: A receiving device comprises: a receiving portion 11 for receiving a reference signal transmitted from a transmission device 2; a channel estimating portion 12 for obtaining a channel estimation value of a frequency area for each radio communication channel during transmission/reception, by using the reference signal; a producing portion 13 for producing a delay profile including amplitude, a phase, and a delay interval, by performing reverse Fourier transform of the channel estimation value; a measuring portion 14 for measuring the number of paths of the delay profile; a determining portion 15 for determining whether the number of the paths exceeds a threshold value; a feedback portion 17 for transmitting channel estimation results; and a control portion 18 for making the feedback portion 17 transmit the channel estimation value of the frequency area when the number of the paths exceeds the threshold value, and making the feedback portion 17 transmit the delay profile when the number of the paths does not exceed the threshold value.
