<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic processing unit which is achieved in a high speed operation by shortening an arithmetic processing time according to a module in use even when any module in no use is included. <P>SOLUTION: This arithmetic processing unit configured to divide predetermined arithmetic processing into a plurality of modules, and to execute the assignment of the modules in every fixed arithmetic processing cycle includes: a storage part for storing module validity/invalidity information indicating whether the execution of arithmetic processing is valid or invalid for every module, module maximum processing time required for the arithmetic processing of the module and a module processing order as the order of the arithmetic processing of all the modules; and a processing part for selecting the module whose module validity/invalidity information is valid, and for assigning the maximum number of selected modules under such a limit that the sum of the maximum processing time of the modules does not exceed the time of one cycle of the arithmetic cycle for every arithmetic processing cycle according to the module processing order, and for performing arithmetic processing in every arithmetic cycle in the order of the assignment of the modules whose module validity/invalidity information is valid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
