<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server management device capable of reducing burdens of a person in charge of maintenance to execute reboot of a server within maintenance time. <P>SOLUTION: A server management device 1 manages reboot of the respective servers 7 in a system including a plurality of servers 7. A reboot planning part 2 makes a plan of a reboot order for executing the reboot for a second server group 6 after executing the reboot for a first server group 5. When the reboot is not completed for the server 7 constituting the server group whose reboot is instructed, a fallback determination part 3 separates the server 7 whose reboot is not completed to determine whether or not a fallback of the server group is possible. Even if there is a reboot error in the server 7 constituting the first server group 5, a reboot control part 4 considers determination that the fallback of the first server group 5 is possible by the fallback determination part 3 as reboot completion to perform a reboot instruction to the second server group 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
