<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner sleeve installing structure on a guard fence capable of improving workability in installing an inner sleeve on a pillar. <P>SOLUTION: A tip of an attaching bolt B2 to fix an attaching component to an attached part is inserted into an engaging hole 61 of an inner sleeve 6, which prevents the inner sleeve 6 from moving in removal direction to the attaching component 5. Thus the attaching component 5 can be fixed to the attached part and the inner sleeve 6 can be attached to the attaching component 5 by using the attaching bolt B2.
