The plant has a rotor housing (1), and a transmission (10) arranged in the housing and comprising a main shaft (6) that is designed as a transmission input. A rotor comprising rotor blades (8) and a rotor hub (4) is arranged at the shaft in a torque proof manner. A rotor blade-heating device heats the blades, and a fluid flow path is guided through or along the transmission. The shaft is designed as a hollow shaft, and the rotor hub distributes fluid guided through the main shaft into the blades for heating the fluid. A heat exchanger is arranged at an outer side of the transmission.
