PURPOSE: An electronic device having an organic light emitting display device is provided to minimize a bending and torsion loads when falling by improving materials and structures of each part of a housing, thereby minimizing a stress being transferred to an organic light emitting display device. CONSTITUTION: A second substrate(20) is welded with a first substrate(18) with a sealant at a predetermined distance. An integrated circuit chip(34) is mounted on a panel assembly(12) by a chip on glass method. A flexible copper clad laminate(14) is mounted on the panel assembly by a chip on film method. Electrical devices for processing driving signals are mounted on a printed circuit board(16). A bezel(56) is composed of a base unit(561) and a skirt unit(562).
