<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor unit capable of achieving a power conversion device which is easy to handle during work. <P>SOLUTION: Collectors of switching elements (abbreviated as elements, hereinafter) 1a-1f and emitters of elements 2a-2f are connected to bus-bars 17 and 18 on an anode side and a cathode side, emitters E of the elements 1a-1c and collectors of the elements 2a-2c are connected to an AC conductor 13 to connect the elements 1a-1c and 2a-2c respectively in parallel and connect them in series through the AC conductor 13, emitters of the elements 1d-1f and collectors of the elements 2d-2f are connected to an AC conductor 14 to connect the elements 1d-1f and 2d-2f respectively in parallel and connect them in series through the AC conductor 14, and the semiconductor unit constituting one bridge of a power conversion device is attained. Three conductor units provided with terminals 17a, 17b, 18a and 18b are lined and arranged on both sides in the left-to-right direction of the bus-bars 17 and 18, the terminals are connected, and the easy-to-handle power conversion device is configured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
