<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive flowmeter which is easily assembled and reduces manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: In a capacitive flowmeter 1 in which rotation bodies 3 and 4 are disposed inside a housing body 2 to be freely rotatable and a flow rate is measured in accordance with the rotation speed of the rotation bodies, the rotation bodies are formed integrally. Since it is not necessary to assemble the rotation bodies, a manufacturing process can be simplified and errors caused by assembly do not occur, thereby improving an assembly dimension precision. The rotation bodies 3 and 4 are comprised of rotary shafts 3a and 4a, gears 3b and 4b which are rotated along with the rotary shafts and rotors 3c and 4c. The two bodies are disposed inside the housing body in such a manner that the rotary shafts of the rotation bodies become parallel, and the gears of the rotation bodies are engaged in such a manner that the rotors of the rotation bodies are rotated without being in contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
