摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deviation of a region of interest between an optical axis and an acoustic sensor in a measuring apparatus using a photo-acoustic mirror. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus is used which includes a light source, an optical system which guides light from the light source, a photo-acoustic mirror which reflects an acoustic wave generated from an analyte absorbing the transmitted light which radiated from the optical system and transmitted through the analyte in any other direction than a direction of the analyte, an acoustic transducer which acquires the acoustic wave reflected by the photo-acoustic mirror, and an adjustment mechanism which adjusts at least either an angle or a position of the light radiated from the optical system to the photo-acoustic mirror with respect to the photo-acoustic mirror in such a manner that a region subjected to acquire the acoustic wave through the acoustic transducer is irradiated, in the analyte, with the light transmitted through the photo-acoustic mirror. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
