<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sealing device that can increase reliability of sealing performance without increasing rotation torque. <P>SOLUTION: A sealing device 9 is interposed between two members which relatively coaxially rotate, and consist of an inner member 6 and an outer member 7, and includes: a slinger 11 which is fixed by fitting to one side member 6 out of the two members; a core metal 12 which is fixed by fitting to the other side member 7 of the two members; and an elastic body-made seal lip member 13 which is adhered to the core metal 12 and has a plurality of seal lips in an elastically slide contact with the slinger 11. The slinger 11 includes: a cylinder part 14 fixed by fitting to the one side member 6; a flange 15 continued to one end of the cylinder part 14; and a folding part 16 continuously installed to the peripheral edge of the flange part 15 to be folded to the cylinder part 14 side.
