The method involves conducting an electro-magnetic radiation i.e. light radiation (4), into a liquid photosensitive substance (2) via an optic display system e.g. microscope. The electro-magnetic radiation is impinged on preset spatial coordinates to create change of properties of the substance at the preset spatial coordinates or in areas surrounding the preset spatial coordinates. A surface (6) of an objective lens (3) of the optic display system is immersed in the photosensitive substance, where the electro-magnetic radiation is emitted from the display system. An independent claim is also included for a device for spatially resolved insertion of an intensity pattern comprising electro-magnetic radiation via an optic display system in a liquid photosensitive substance. |
