PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image display device of an integrated image method is provided to form a unit lens on a liquid crystal layer of a liquid crystal lens array in which a refractive ratio lens and a prism are integrated. CONSTITUTION: A pickup unit includes a lens array and a photographing device. The pickup unit generates the entire element image of a three-dimensional object. A display unit(400) includes a liquid crystal lens array(410) and a display panel(420). The display unit generates the entire element image of the three-dimensional object into a three-dimensional image. The liquid crystal lens array includes a liquid crystal layer(411). A refractive index distribution lens is formed in a liquid crystal layer. The unit lens includes a plurality of front surfaces.
