PURPOSE: A graphene projecting device and a graphene projecting method are provided to efficiently control a faulty graphene caused by being crumpled of a film of a substrate or a catalyst metal film in a graphene projecting process using a roller. CONSTITUTION: A graphene projecting device(1) comprises a conveyor(100), a first roller, and a second roller(300). The conveyor transfers an object to be pressed toward one direction. The object to be pressed comprises a catalyst metal film where a graphene is formed and a projecting film being arranged on a surface of the graphene. A transferring path of the object to be pressed is arranged in between the first and second rollers so that the first and second rollers can press the object. The second roller comprises a plurality of absorbing ports and an adsorptive power is generated in the absorbing port approaching to the first roller and the adsorptive power is released in the absorbing port backing from the first roller.
