<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of suppressing a temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 10 is provided with a cylindrical body 11, a socket 12, and a lamp 20 with base. The cylindrical body 11 has a top plate 11a on one side end part and an illumination opening 11b on the another end side part and is embedded for installation so that the illumination opening is exposed, in an installation part X.
