PNEUMATIC APPARATUS FOR FLOATING AND TRANSLATING PLATES

PURPOSE: A floating flat board feed device is provided to improve accuracy and effectiveness of task by accurately transferring a flat board and precisely controlling the location of the flat board. CONSTITUTION: A floating bed(10) supports a flat board(S) upwards. A plurality of nozzles(11) included at the upper surface of the floating bed. A guide rail(20) is installed along a transfer direction of the flat board from the floating bed. A guide block(30) is movably installed on the guide rail. A flat board grip means(40) is extended toward the upper side of the guide block in order to control the flat board. A driving means is installed inside the guide block and applies power in order to transfer the flat board as the floated state.
