<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller which has improved printing quality, particularly, thin line printing quality of 1-dot level by securing a high resistance value and a high surface potential on a surface layer. <P>SOLUTION: In the elastic roller which sequentially has an elastic layer 2, an intermediate layer 3 and a surface layer 4 provided in the outer periphery of a shaft 1, the surface layer 4 contains urethane(meth)acrylate oligomer obtained by reacting polybutadiene polyol or hydrogenated polybutadiene polyol, polyisocyanate, and (meth)acrylate having a hydroxyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
