PURPOSE: A learning ability management device and a method, a learning ability management method using cloud computing and a device thereof are provided to subdivide understanding of a learner about a topic, thereby reducing a possibility of a mistaken diagnosis of a problem solving error. CONSTITUTION: An understanding section distinguishing unit(211) receives a result of a solving problem about a problem provided to a learner of a terminal. The understanding section distinguishing unit distinguishes which one of understanding sections a new understanding diagnosis value belongs to if a previous understanding diagnosis value about a topic which each problem includes. A diagnosis execution unit(213) distinguishes the understanding about the topic of the leaner again.
