<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing heat loss of cooling water during a warm-up operation of the internal combustion engine to shorten the warm-up operation period. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling device includes: a first cooling water circulation circuit 20 in which cooling water is circulated to a head side water jacket 16 and a heater core 12 by a first water pump 32; and a second cooling water circulation circuit 22 in which cooling water is circulated to a block side water jacket 18 by a second water pump 34. Before completion of warm-up of an engine 10, the circulation of cooling water by the first and second cooling water circulation means 20 and 22 is controlled according to the presence or absence of a use request of hot heat of the cooling water by the heater core 12. When there is the presence of the use request of the hot heat of the cooling water by the heater core 12, only the circulation of the cooling water by the first cooling water circulation circuit 20 is executed during the warm-up operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
