<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment operational management system which is suitable for monitoring a failure to turn off environment control equipment for each area. <P>SOLUTION: A state acquisition part 21 acquires a usage state of load points that are centrally controlled by a transmission unit 7 based on decision timing of a prescribed time interval. A storage part 22 stores an operation schedule which includes start time and finish time of operation time when environment control equipment is permitted to use and which is regulated for each area. A determination part 23 determines whether the environment control equipment used overtime is present or not for each area based on the operation schedule and the usage state in the decision timing. An output part 24, in a case that the determination part 23 determines that there is the environment control equipment used overtime in at least one area, outputs an alert including attribute of the area and the environment control equipment into a log recording part 25 and a content generation part 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
