METHOD FOR PRODUCING TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM, TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM, AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a transparent conductive film which is excellent in transparency, conductivity and film strength, and with which an EL element long in emission lifetime and excellent in durability is obtained; and an organic EL element including the transparent conductive film.

SOLUTION: A method for producing a transparent conductive film having a first conductive layer containing a metal material and a second conductive layer containing a conductive polymer and a binder resin on a base material includes the steps of: forming the first conductive layer on the base material; and coating a coating liquid on the base material having the first conductive layer, and then heating and drying the coated coating liquid to form the second conductive layer, the coating liquid containing the conductive polymer, a resin having a structural unit having a hydroxy group as the binder resin, and a compound having a plurality of alkyl sulfonic acid ester groups and a value of an octanol/water partition coefficient (logP) of -1.8 or less.
