<p>The device has a mobile tube (1) for supporting a saddle through a support (2). The mobile tube slides within a fixed tube (3) that is fixed to a bicycle frame, while remaining angularly indexed by pins that are rigidly connected to the mobile tube. The pins slide in oblong holes of a fixed ring that is rigidly connected to an inner side of the fixed tube, where the pins in the oblong holes ensure top and bottom limits of movement of the saddle.
