<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a random number generation means suitable for a game machine. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine generates random numbers for lottery and, on the basis of the random numbers generated, performs internal lottery. The game machine includes: a processor; and a semiconductor element containing a first and a second random number circuits that generate random number rows different from each other, and a refresh register used for refreshing a dynamic RAM.
