The armature has two one-way valves (20, 22) that are non-permeable against flow direction when certain minimum pressure is exceeded such that liquid (9) is pressed with increased pressure through the valves to an outlet opening (12) after a dispensing operation. Residual liquid remains between the valves by decrease in pressure. A recontamination prevention device includes an anode (14) and a cathode (16) as electrodes, which are contacted with the residual liquid. The electrodes are arranged such that gas flows through the residual liquid during applying current to the electrodes. The anode and the cathode are made of carbon, platinum, an electrical leading ceramic material or electrical conductive material, which are in contact with food products in a region of a dispensing channel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a liquid dispensing device (2) a method for preventing recontamination of a liquid dispensing device.
