PURPOSE: A high intensity focused type ultrasonic waves-based medical instrument with dual transducers is provided to transfer heat based on ultrasonic waves to a superficial musculo-aponeurotic system layer and a thick skin layer without the damage of skin surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A high intensity focused type ultrasonic waves-based medical instrument includes a pair of transducers(52) and an image probe(42). The transducers irradiates the inner part of a cartridge(50) with ultrasound waves. The transducers irradiate the same focus with the ultrasound waves. The image probe is positioned at the center part of the transducers. The ultrasonic image of the inner parts of skin tissues(62) is acquired. The cartridge is separated from the image probe. The medical instrument provides optimized parameters for each medical treatment part based on images. |
