<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modulator which is made small in size, low in costs, low in power consumption, and small in heat generation. <P>SOLUTION: The modulator is made small in size, low in costs, low in power consumption, small in heat generation and low in spuriousness.
