<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard tank that can lower tank height and gravity center of the tank and also shorten tank length, to provide a method of producing the onboard tank and to provide a sludge collection vehicle loading the onboard tank on the sludge collection vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The onboard tank stores liquid material of domestic sludge, industrial waste sludge and the like, and has a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the tank. The onboard tank includes a body part 30 cylindrically formed and mirror plates 40 which close both ends of the body part 30.
