<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo box, along with a method of manufacturing the same, for reducing manufacturing cost, and easily manufacturable, without requiring a positioning tool. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the cargo box of a truck includes a step of forming a front panel FP, a side panel SP and a top panel TP, by positioning and assembling respective peripheral ribs 2 by an outside plate 1, by adhering the peripheral ribs 2 and the outside plate 1 by an adhesive, by superposing the respective peripheral ribs 2 on the outside plate 1, by arranging a plurality of peripheral ribs 2 along the peripheral edge of the outside plate 1, when forming the front panel, the side panel and the top panel, and a step of connecting the front panel, the side panel and the top panel by the peripheral ribs 2 by adhering the peripheral rib 2 and the peripheral rib 2 by the adhesive, by mutually superposing the peripheral rib 2 and the peripheral rib 2 between the respective panels after forming the respective panels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
